Abstract

profitability at PT Pegadaian (Persero) for the period 2015 - 2019, then the problem formulation will be divided into three, namely how the effectiveness of cost control is contained in PT Pegadaian (Persero), how is the turnover The working capital contained in PT Pegadaian (Persero), how is the profitability contained in PT Pegadaian (Persero), is there an influence between cost control, working capital turnover on profitability. In this study, the data obtained from the researcher will be processed into a ratio of cost control, working capital turnover, and profitability. After the ratio data is generated then the resulting data is processed with SPSS in order to find out whether there is an influence between X1 on Y, X2 on Y and simultaneously between X1 and X2 on Y. The results of this study indicate that (1) cost control has a positive effect and significant on profitability, (2) working capital turnover has a positive and significant effect on profitability, and simultaneously (3) cost control and working capital turnover have a positive and significant effect on profitability.
